I hope you are having a wonderful time with family and friends. It has been very

nice to have my children home for the summer.

It has been a month with many reflections about my life and the mission that God

gave me. So many good things have happened that I am very thankful for. It’s

always good to count your blessings, and when you start doing that, God always

reminds you how much he has blessed you. After that you can’t help but give him

praise. The bible says to give thanks to God always.

This year we were going to start DE (Discipleship Evangelism) in D R Congo with

the Andrew Wommack mission team, but due to the visa issue we did not, so we

will plan bigger and better in Jesus name. I was very disappointed with my

country’s embassy but mostly I was mad at the devil.

The team and I were very thankful to God for giving us a supportive family and

friends who were there for us in a confusing time. I thank God for the many people

who are continuously praying for us. I believe that your prayers have helped us in

many ways. I believe that God has a great plan for us and for our children in the

Congo. We have to trust that God always knows what is best and that he is always

on time. I believe when the time comes we will have the best breakthrough and no

man will be able to shut that door. On July 2nd the school year was finished in the

Congo. We had 95 students who were promoted and 5 who did not perform well. I

thank God for all our wonderful friends who have made all this possible. Thank

you so much.

Even though we were not able to go, the work must continue. We have so many

children who are waiting to be chosen and to get off the waiting list. With your

help and support we can make these children smile by helping them realize that

they are not mistakes but blessings from God.  Please pray for these children, and

for us to have God’s wisdom.

I know if these children obtained the same opportunity as so many in the United

States do, they would be able to proclaim the power of the Gospel.

My biggest desire is to train many children on who they are in Christ Jesus and

what God’s plan is for their life and their country. I have seen these children grow

and smile, therefore I believe all of this is possible.

I have confidence in my God who called me to be his servant, and that he will raise

up many men and women of God to spread the gospel in DR. Congo. This I know,

what the enemy meant for harm, God will reverse it.

May God Bless You

Your story is very inspiring. It was a blessing for me to hear both you & Andrew Wommack speak. Your story touched my heart. Thank you for spreading the gospel in the DRC.

Everything your hand touches prospers Julie. I know first hand that you have a heart of love for those children. You have demonstrated that heart in the love you have shown your own lovely family. I pray your heart is multiplied with additional laborers, finances, and all the blessings of the Father's kingdom.
